Senior SQL DBA

ResourceXtend is currently seeking a Senior SQL DBA for a full time opportunity with well established company in the Las Vegas, NV area.

A good candidate would be knowledgeable in both MS SQL and Oracle.

The requirements are:

7+ of DBA experience

Perform DB maintenance

Perform DB performance tuning

Manage DB security

Create & normalize DB

Strong in SQL queries

Knowledge of ETL

Knowledge of creating data cubes

Java / .Net a plus but not required

The responsibilities are managing the existing MS SQL cluster, supporting 3 Developers, and lead MS to Oracle migration. The candidate would also be working on the Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) reporting system along side with our corporate and other field DBAs.
