Our client, a national leader in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to work with our management team in the New York / New Jersey Metro Area.

As an integral member of the Corporate Human Resources team, The Regional HR Manager will work directly for an Associate Director of Sales in resolving human resources concerns and issues, and works closely with Regional Sales Managers and District Sales Managers in the field as both a Corporate HR representative and employee advocate to foster a motivated, dynamic culture and climate throughout the organization. This position requires a high degree of moral and ethical behavior and is a wonderful opportunity for someone looking to advance in a leadership role with a growing organization.

Requirements:

** Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in human resources or a related field.

** Master's Degree preferred.

** 2+ years Human Resources experience

** Knowledge of employment laws and practices, and a detailed knowledge of labor relations specifically in the pharmaceutical industry.

** Self-motivated and organized, with strong communication skils

** Time management, and people management skills are essential.

** Ability to travel approximately 30% nationally.
