A Miami based restaurant group is currently interviewing Director of Training candidates.?

This restaurant group is growing exponentially and would like to hire someone for the position by the end of the month.?

The person hired will be training both corporate managers as well as franchisees.?

Candidates need to have a HIGH VOLUME, FULL SERVICE, CORPORATE background.?

Candidates need to have held a salaried training position for a minimum of 18 months in order to be considered.?

The salary range for this position is 60-65k plus a bonus program that could bring the new-hire up to the mid 80's and beyond their first year.?

Health insurance is paid for at 100%? by the employer.?

This position is an EXTREMELY HANDS-ON position every day.?
